1. For starters, your character has ICly discussed joining with a member of Gunnery, and chatted up Jax, who'll give them a general run down of the department. This can be threaded or handwaved, whatever you prefer.
2. Fill out the Jobs and Ranks page on the official mod journal. ( note: if your character is not officially signed up on this form, they are not considered a member of the department and cannot gain access to anything gunnery related. )
3. Fill out the text box on this page, then go forth and acquire CR with your fellow Gunnery fellows.
